Compliant books, without hiring an accountant.

Describe what happened in plain words. RevenuesFlow posts it correctly — right account, right VAT — then tells you in plain English what it did and why, so approving takes five seconds and your VAT 201 is always ready to file.

You typed

Paid Blue Longevity 800 for the wellness session on 26 June.

RevenuesFlow booked

Bill
Blue Longevity Marketing & PR — AED 840.00
Account
Customer Engagement Expenses (6102)
VAT
5% standard — AED 40.00 recoverable
Due
26 July 2026

A supplier bill, not an expense claim — so the AED 40 input VAT lands in your next VAT 201 and comes back to you. Nothing is posted or filed until you approve it.

The math

Less than the person you would hire to do it.

AED 5,000
A full-time bookkeeper, per month
AED 1,098
RevenuesFlow, per month — USD 299, all in

And the books are current today, not reconciled three weeks after month-end — with the VAT 201 already built.

How it works

Three steps, and one of them is reading a sentence.

You do not need to know what a debit is. You need to be able to tell whether the sentence in front of you describes what actually happened.

01

Say it, or send it

Type what happened in a sentence, forward the invoice email, or drop the PDF. Bank transactions come in from your statement upload and reconcile automatically.

02

Read the plain-English version, approve

Every entry arrives with the account it hit, the VAT treatment, and one sentence explaining why — in words, not journal lines. If it is wrong, you say so in words too. Nothing posts unapproved.

03

File without a scramble

Because every approved entry was already mapped, the VAT 201 is complete at the end of the quarter — every FTA box, split by emirate, with the portal export.

UAE VAT 201

Every box, already filled in.

The FTA form, mapped to real transactions and split by emirate, with the portal export sitting next to it. Click any box to see the transactions inside it.

It also tells you what is missing — three customers with no emirate set will skew Box 1 before they skew your filing.

Cash

Runway you can trust, because the books are current.

Cash, burn, runway and what clients owe you — as of today, not as of the last time someone closed the month. The number is only useful if the ledger behind it is finished.

Against the alternative

The software is cheaper. The arrangement is not.

QuickBooks and Xero are good ledgers. They are also ledgers that need someone who knows accounting sitting in front of them — which is the cost nobody puts in the comparison.

No per-user fees, no per-filing charges, no modules to unlock.

It is your ledger. You should be able to leave with it.

Encrypted and isolated

Encrypted at rest and in transit, and isolated per company at the database level — one company’s data is never visible to another.

Every entry has an author

An immutable audit trail on every posting: who approved it, when, and what it looked like before.

No lock-in

Export the full general ledger, trial balance and every document as CSV or Excel whenever you want.

Your accountant is welcome

Invite them as a collaborator at no cost. They get the reports, journals and FTA export they ask for.

Questions

The ones that actually decide it.

If I do not know accounting, how do I know the entry is right?

You are not checking the debits. You are checking a sentence: what was bought, from whom, whether VAT applied. If that sentence matches reality, the accounting behind it follows — and the audit trail records that you approved it.

How do my bank transactions get in?Coming soon

Upload your bank statement or CSV export and RevenuesFlow reconciles it against your entries. Direct bank feeds (Emirates NBD, Mashreq, WIO, ADCB) are coming — the upload path reconciles the same way in the meantime.

Is the VAT 201 really filing-ready?

Yes. Every FTA box is mapped to real transactions and split by emirate, with the portal export next to it — and it flags what is missing before it can skew your filing.

Can I bring over books from Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho?Coming soon

One-click migration — trial balance, chart of accounts, contacts and open invoices — is on the near-term roadmap. Today you can start clean or bring opening balances in manually.

Does it handle corporate tax?Coming soon

Corporate tax is coming: the 9% computation will run off the same approved ledger, including the small-business-relief threshold. VAT is fully live today; corporate tax is next.

Can I invite my accountant?

Yes, at no cost. Users are unlimited, so your accountant works in the same books and gets the reports, journals and FTA export they ask for — no extra seat to buy.

Fourteen days is enough to see one quarter close cleanly.

Bring in last quarter, watch the VAT 201 build itself, and decide from something real rather than a feature list.
